Spare Parts Catalog & Internal Tools

Full Stack Developer

This project is relevant for clients who need practical business applications and reliable ownership.

Overview

This project was a textile spare-parts catalog portal plus internal tools for daily catalog operations.

I worked as the developer and IT owner, building the web application, supporting desktop utilities, and handling deployment/operations for the company.

What The Business Needed

The business needed a practical system for managing and presenting spare-parts information:

The main challenge was delivering useful business software with a small footprint and then maintaining it over time as the primary technical owner.

  • Searchable spare-parts catalog
  • Categories, brands, part numbers, and part detail pages
  • Images and document handling
  • Admin CRUD workflows
  • Data entry and update tools
  • Reporting and export support
  • SQL Server-backed storage
  • IIS/VPS deployment
  • Backups and basic IT operations

  • SQL Server database-backed content
  • Search and part-detail pages
  • Image/document handling
  • Admin CRUD workflows
  • Validation and reporting/export support
  • WinForms utilities for data entry and catalog maintenance
  • IIS/VPS publishing
  • DNS, backups, Windows Server maintenance, and office IT support

Technical Highlights

  • Backend/UI stack: ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, SQL Server
  • Desktop tools: WinForms utilities
  • Data: catalog records, images, documents, reporting/export data
  • Operations: IIS hosting, DNS, backups, server maintenance
  • Ownership: long-term maintenance and support
